finally went swimming w sis & mom in anchorvale cc.
couldn't find time to excerise, not even jogging or gym anymore. ='(
unlike the past,
whereby swimming accompanion is grace lau in hougang swimming complex.
monday's swimming postpone till today due to maintenance held on every mon.
ended up walking down to visit aunt.
